Each recipe is created with you, your needs and the needs of your audience in mind. I develop recipes for individuals, restaurants, blogs, and product brands. In addition to classic pastry I specialize in dietary/restrictive baking; gluten free, vegan, paleo, etc.

Recipe Development

Depending on the specification of the recipe will determine the time and cost of the project. Typically a project can range from 1-3 weeks and between $250-$500 per recipe. If your needs are for more than 5 recipes it becomes a consulting project and those prices are determined on a case by case basis.

Each recipe can be tailored to your specific requirements: measurement system(s), recipe format, writing style, and more. Restaurants the option to have the recipe(s) costed is available.
